At the start of 2013, I decided to make it my new years resolution to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).  To do this, I would need to take the CSCS Exam, and be able to perform CPR and use an AED (Automatic Electronic Defibrillator).

But most importantly I would NEED TO STUDY and LEARN.  This turned out to be a little more difficult than anticipated, as I still work my normal job and my son was born in October and sucks up all of my time!

This website is a public journal of the learning process.  I hope this becomes a useful resource for other people looking to become a CSCS.
Best of luck studying and in your own training!
UPDATE: I PASSED! Check out this post for a full post-exam recap.
